Condition of participation

Participation in the Conference is FREE.



Registered participants can publish their abstracts in the Conference Handbook, and also receive Conference updates by email.

English and Russian are the official languages at the Conference.

Simultaneous translation will be available.



The Organizing Committee will apply to the Coordination Council of Continuous Medical Education (CME) of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation to ensure attendees earn educational credit hours (points).



Abstracts are submitted in your PERSONAL ACCOUNT. Enter your abstracts title in the graph and attach a .doc (.docx) file with your abstracts text. After all documents are attached, click “submit abstracts.”


Abstracts can be submitted and edited by March 01, 2019. After this date, no changes will be accepted.


A live stream will be hosted during the Conference. Users can access it at the top right-hand side of the site.

Call for papers

Scientific Committee invites you to contribute with an article on the organization of community-based mental care in your country. The collection of articles will be published as a book that aims to reflect current situation in community-based mental care in different countries over the globe (details on publication terms and conditions will be provided shortly). The language of publication is English.
